Limited Company Accounts
Year-end accounts are not a once-a-year obligation. They are part of a continuous process, one that should inform where your business is heading just as much as it records where it has been. We use the accounts as a foundation to advise on both the business and personal decisions that come next.

Accounts should tell you more than what happened last year.

Knowing your tax liability
Your annual accounts are more than a statutory requirement. They are an opportunity to understand how your business has performed, where your money is going and what needs attention.
At Equinoxed, we combine accurate statutory accounts and Corporation Tax compliance with regular financial conversations throughout the year. We look beyond the figures themselves to consider profitability, tax, cash flow, director remuneration and the decisions coming up for your business.
Because year-end shouldn't be the only time you talk about your numbers.

Company accounts our Customers Rave about

The Equinoxed Process
Your accounts are annual. Your business isn't.
We don't believe your relationship with your accountant should end when your accounts are filed. At Equinoxed, your year-end accounts form part of an ongoing cycle. From reviewing performance and cash flow to understanding your tax position, planning ahead and making your money work harder, we keep the conversation going.
Onboarding & Business Foundations
We take the time to understand where your business is now and what financial decisions may be coming next. We then review your accounts, systems, processes and Xero setup, making sure your foundations are right and your financial information gives you the visibility you need.
Pre-Year End Planning
Before your year-end arrives, we review your financial position and consider the decisions that could affect your accounts, tax and cash flow; from profitability and capital investment to remuneration and available tax planning opportunities. Planning ahead means you're making decisions with the numbers in front of you.
Accounts Preparation & Submission
Your annual accounts and Corporation Tax return are prepared accurately and submitted on time, but the numbers aren't simply filed away. We use your year-end position to understand performance, consider your tax position and identify what it means for the year ahead.
Ongoing Planning
Your accounts are just one part of the cycle. Through regular quarterly advisory meetings, we continue to review performance, profitability, cash flow, tax and upcoming decisions, helping you understand your numbers, ensuring your money works harder so you can make confident decisions as your business evolves.
More than accounts. Support for what's next.
We work with limited companies across a range of industries, combining annual accounts, Corporation Tax and tax planning with regular financial conversations throughout the year. From understanding profitability and cash flow to planning investment and growth, we help you make informed decisions with your numbers in front of you.
The foundations of your ongoing accountancy support.
EquiCore package provides the core accountancy support your limited company needs, from statutory accounts and Corporation Tax to director Self Assessment and regular financial reviews. We prepare and submit your annual accounts accurately and on time, ensuring your statutory and tax obligations are properly managed.
Alongside the compliance work, our regular advisory conversations give you the opportunity to discuss your financial position, upcoming decisions and areas that may benefit from further consideration.
It's accountancy that keeps your business compliant while keeping you connected to your numbers.

Compliance, with context.
We prepare your annual statutory accounts in line with the relevant Companies House requirements, together with your Corporation Tax computation and return for HMRC.
Our approach goes beyond simply producing and filing the figures. We look at what your accounts are telling you, from changes in profitability and expenditure to your overall financial position and consider how your Corporation Tax liability fits within the wider picture.
Tax planning, capital expenditure, available reliefs and the cash flow impact of your tax position can all form part of the conversation.
Good tax planning starts before the year-end.

Your company and personal tax position, considered together.
For company directors, personal and business finances are closely connected. Where required, we prepare your annual Self Assessment, considering salary, dividends and other income alongside your company accounts. We can also discuss director remuneration and profit extraction, helping you understand the impact of different decisions on both you personally and your company.
Your personal tax position shouldn't sit separately from the financial decisions being made within your business.
One financial picture, rather than separate pieces of the puzzle.

Your accounts shouldn't be a once-a-year conversation.
A set of annual accounts tells you where your business has been. It doesn't tell you what to do next. That's why we don't believe your accountant should only appear when your year-end is due. Our quarterly advisory meetings give you dedicated time to step away from the day-to-day and properly review the financial side of your business. We look at the numbers, but more importantly, we look at what they're telling you about the business.
Are your margins moving in the right direction? Where are your costs increasing? Is there enough cash to support your plans? What is your tax position looking like? Are you making the most of your profits? And what decisions are coming up that could affect your financial position?
These aren't conversations saved for year-end. They're part of having an accountant who understands your business and is involved throughout the year.
Accurate numbers. Transparent communication. Consistent support.
